RJ Falkner & Company, Inc. is an investment research and financial communications firm.

Our goal is to identify undervalued small-cap companies (market caps less than $500 million) and to assist such companies in raising their profiles and broadening their exposure within the investment community. We represent a relatively small number of companies which our Chartered Financial Analysts expect to significantly outperform the overall stock market during the next 12-18 months.

Recent studies have revealed that over 70% of all publicly-traded companies are inadequately covered by the research departments of Wall Street investment banking and brokerage firms. We believe that within this overlooked segment of the equity markets can be found hundreds of well-managed companies with strong balance sheets and excellent growth prospects. Because such companies are followed by few (if any) Wall Street research analysts, their stocks are often priced well below their "intrinsic" values and are available at substantially lower multiples of earnings and book value than their more visible peer-group companies.

Our objective is to identify such companies before their prospects for growth and/or their solid asset values are recognized by major brokerage firms and/or the institutional investment community. We contract with these companies to develop effective, pro-active investment relations strategies and to expose their potential to brokers, money managers and investors who are interested in small-cap stocks with above-average capital appreciation potential.

The research staff of RJ Falkner & Company is comprised of Chartered Financial Analysts (CFAs) with over 90 years of combined investment research and money management experience. These analysts are supported by an experienced administrative support organization.

The President and Founder of RJ Falkner & Company, Inc. was awarded his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1976 and has served as Director of Research with three brokerage firms. He has more than 32 years’ experience as a "special situations" analyst on Wall Street.
